Dotticuring!

I know I still owe you the second part of the letter P in the Alphabet Challenge, and I promise you will get it tomorrow. But today I joined a group of lovelies: It's fun, it's easy, it's summery - it's the Dotticure!!!
The Nail Junkie's Spring Matte Pastel - Daffodil and Rose
The Nail Junkie's Spring Matte Pastel

I started with The Nail Junkie's Daffodil from her Spring Matte Pastel collection. And while I was painting my nails, I was thinking about this question that my friend Kim from The Ides Of Polish asked a while ago: white is it always the ring finger that's the accented? I thought there was no reason for that, and so I decided to paint my index and thumb with The Nail Junkie's Rose.

Then I dotted a few flowers on the pink, and painted the little bee on the yellow. I ended with the bee's trail done with my dotting tool again, and there it is: Easy, fun and so spring-summer in my opinion!

By the way, click on the images and look at this lovely satin finish. I used The Nail Junkie's Matte Top Coat, from the very same collection! Well, I smeared my flowers a little bit, but no biggie ;-)

If you hurry, you might be able to still get those lovely matte pastels. The Nail Junkie has just restocked her store, with her new and awesome Animals Collection, but you can also find whatever left of her gorgeous Summer Jelly Shimmer collection and a few of the Spring Matte Pastel.

Also - don't forget to check what the other lovelies did with their dotting tools!

Wow Jin that mani is simply the cutest I've seen in a long time! :D The bee came out perfect, and the accent nails are also great! Plus yeah, there's no rule for what nail to accent, I use to to my thumbs and one middle finger and one ring finger... Sort of random effect.
The finish is also great, it seems soft!

Oh.my.goodness! What an adorable dotticure!! It reminds me of a bee from Winnie the Pooh! Makes me want to rewind back to Spring! Love to see what you and some of my favorite bloggers have come up with. It inspires me to want to do my own "dotticure"!
