Independence Day

Yeah, I know I still owe you several orange manis and I am not done with the Orange Animal Guardian Ribbon week, but today is Independence day here and the entire country is painted blue and white and BBQ smoke, so I had to do some relevant themed mani.

Last year I did a more accurate flag mani so this year I wanted something more freely representing. Plus - it had to be something I can do the same on both hands because I thought it would be more appropriate for the large family BBQ event. So I started with two coats of Julie G. White Orchid, my new go to white creme. Then I used my fan brush to apply one quick stroke of color with each of these polishes (in this order): Nfu Oh MOR08, China Glaze Bahamian Escape, Illamasqua Cameo, Sinful Colors Neptune and Sally Hansen HD Laser. I used the white Nail Art Pen from Born Pretty store to draw the Star of David on my two accent nails.

So HAPPY 65 BIRTHDAY ISRAEL! And I hope we'll still be here for next year's Independence day mani!
