Halloween Nails - Frankenstein

Everyone is so busy with Halloween all over. There are plenty of challenges and a lot of polish collections Halloween themed. I thought about joining one of the challenges but then I figured I needed a little break from challenges. So instead I have a Halloween theme polish collection to show you. Since I prefer to have my mani on for a whole day, I can't show you all the polishes in one post. So you get to see 4 separate posts, each one features a different polish, all from the Halloween Collection by... The Nail Junkie!
The Nail Junkie Frankenstein

I was a bit hesitant about this polish at first, because it's green. But after trying it I actually love it. According to The Nail Junkie: "Frankenstein is a green shimmer polish with black bar and black hex glitters. This polish is meant to be reminiscent of the screws, stitches and bolts it took to put together the poor, misunderstood, green monster named Frankenstein". I really like this description and looking at my nails today, I can't stop those warm and fuzzy thoughts I have towards poor Frankenstein...
This polish sure stand tall in the high standards that The Nail Junkie's polishes set. Application is easy, formula is nice and creamy, the glitter is very well suspended in the base and show no signs of curling or changing. Every stroke of the brush has a lot of glitter without any need for fishing. Despite my general dislike to green, I can see myself wearing this polish a lot, and definitely not just for Halloween!
I know I must be repeating myself too much but... I am trying so hard to find something bad about this polish and I just can't.
All pictures show the following: Index nail - two coats of Frankenstein over two coats of Wet n'Wild Sage in the City. Middle nail - one coat of Frankenstein over two coats of Sage in the City. Ring and Pinky show three coats of Frankenstein with no undie. All nails have one coat of Seche Vite top coat.

What a fitting name for this nail polish! I usually don't like such shades of green as well but for Halloween it's perfect! I love the little skull you added too!

Awesome! I love the concept; it really does remind me of all the bolts and screws in poor Frankie's head.

I love anything green! Yes, including relish, pickles, the Grinch, and Frankenstein. I'll tell you what I hate, and its my deep dark secret! Bar glitter, I hate it so. Oh, I know it hurts the heart of anyone that loves it. But I don't like the hairy little monsters.
But when you put it next to that green and not add a bazillion to one bottle they actually call my name :) Frankenstein just might be my soul mate!
