Go Pink Wednesday!

A whole week has passed and once again it is Go Pink Wednesday, when we post our pink manis to raise more awareness for Breast CancerYou can read all the details about it here, on the wonderful Andrea from Finger Painting Fingers's blog. Feel free to hop in too! You can also check my last week's pink entry
Today I have such a girly mani, that my niece (age 4) really loved.

I started with two coats of China Glaze - Dance Baby, from their 2012 Spring Collection - Electropop. Dance Baby is a light bubblegum pink creme. It is completely opaque at two coats and its formula is pretty good. I think my bottle could use a few drops of thinner because it was a little bit too thick, but the second coat pretty much leveled itself and an added top coat made it totally smooth.
For the stamping I looked for a pink just a little bit darker. I reached my hand to grab Zoya Charisma but then I noticed Ciaté Jelly Bean and figured I should give it a try.Jelly Bean is still in my untried list and I really need to see how it looks as a whole mani. But for now I can say it stamps pretty neat. I really like the look. Very subtle and a little bit faded and I think it compliments the pale base nicely. I used DRK-A plate and as you can see - saying that I didn't really try too hard to make it perfect would be an understatement. But I don't care. I like the final result - and so does my niece :-)
