Where In The World - Colombia

YAY! I am still keeping up!! I just might complete this challenge afterall!! And today in the Where In The World Challenge we are visiting Colombia, the land of coffee, gold and amazing landscapes. Colombia is also infamous for  it's drug trade, that initially made me think of some Marijuana leaves mani, but then I decided to go with something else. 

So I started this mani with The Nail Junkie Coffee of the Cafe Collection, a deep dark brown base with multifaceted shimmer that gives the polish a velvet finish, somewhere between the shimmer and the metallic look. It is well pigmented, have a wonderful self-leveled formula and is opaque in two easy coats.

I then used MoYou special Gold nail polish to stamp the coffee beans from Cheeky's Jumbo Plate number 7 - Home Sweet Home. But I needed some sort of accent nail art. So I googled Colombia images and found this beautiful picture:

So I took my Orly Instant Artists Stripers in Sunshine, True Blue and Fiery Red, and striped my accent nail. Then I added those eyes with some more of Orly Stripers (Jet Black, Crisp White and Light As A Feather). At first I thought about adding the rest of the face but then I realized there was no need for them. So this is my final mani.
