I almost completed the
Where In The World challenge, and already I am starting a new one. I like those challenges. I anyway change my polish every day, so why not having a themed ideas for it? Anyway, thanks to
Gosia, I decided to try
The Crumpet's 33DC. (click the link for all the technicalities) and we begin day number one with Dots.
I began this mani with Alter Ego's Victorian Rose, an amazing "mid-color": Not quite red, not quite pink and not quite orange. But it is oh-so-beautiful! I used 2 coats of flawless formula. First coat seem very very sheer, but the second coat completely covers for it! It dries to a velvet-like matte finish which is beautiful on it's own, and extra sparkly with some top coat.

I then played with my dotting tool and some old Sally Hansen Chrome Nail Makeup polishes. I used Copper Chrome, Burmese Ruby and Cinnamon Diamond Chrome and I tried to create rounded shapes made with dots. I liked the somewhat subtle effect of the design made with no contrasting colors. I hope you like it too...
