The Nail Junkie Animal Collection: Lady Bug

Yesterday I showed you Zebra, one of the three new additions to The Nail Junkie's Animal Collection. So today I will show you addition number two - Lady Bug. A gorgeous red jelly with awesome black dots. 

Lady Bug is a red jelly, that is fun and squishy and glossy but also very well pigmented. It is actually opaque in 2-3 coats on its own and need no underwear. I used two coats in most of my nails except my thumb and middle nails - where I also used a third coat. Formula is perfect and so is the glitter. You get a lot of dots in every brush dip! However, you need to be careful at applying the first coat because the dots tend to be swiped off along with every brush stroke. So the first coat you might want to dub, instead of stroke. Then let dry for a couple of minutes and you will have no more issues with the second or third coats!

Naturally I had to have some lady bug nail art. At first I planned a whole nail lady bugs but then I decided to go with something smaller. So I used China Glaze Limonyte on my ring nail, and with a dotting tool I drew the little flowers and tiny lady bug on the tip of my nail. 

I am totally in love with those dots. I think this polish has so much winning fun in it!!!
