Sophie from My Awesome Beauty had a nail art contest in her blog. The rules were so use 3 colors and to use a tape in the design. So I wanted to join in and I created this mani, only to find out that I missed the deadline :-( So here is my "supposed to be" entry.
I started this mani with China Glaze - Elephant Walk, a grey creme with very very shy shimmer and some green undertones. It has a great formula and is completely opaque in two easy coats.
Then I used Illamasqua Gamma (orange) and Illamasqua Prosperity (purple) and of course some stripping tape to create the pattern. I can't say I am very happy with the end result, but it was ok and I did plan to post it as my entry in the contest. Alas... I missed it.

I'm sorry you missed the deadline.. :-/ Beautiful combination of colours and very crisp lines, excellent! :-) Elephant Walk is amazingly beautiful, the type of colours that I could wear very often! :-) ... OK, I admit, I would make some swatches and I would add something white or silver... :-)
