I think I told you before that stripes calm me down. Whenever I'm upset or nervous or just... un-quiet - I need stripes. Today's mani is one that was resulted by such un-calm evening.
I started with two coats of a beautiful medium blue by Nfu Oh from the Morning Of Greece Collection (#MOR10). As you can see, I didn't really bother with a tape or anything. That is mostly because I wasn't sure where I was heading. I started with just a random french tip of Lime Crime Milky Way on my ring nail. I always start painting my nails from that nail. But I wasn't really sure that this was the mani I wanted. So I picked a Barry M polish that I just happened to have on my desk. It was Papaya from the Hi Shine Jelly collection. I french-tipped my thumb and thought it was nice. Some 30 minutes later the Chocolate brown stripe by Orly made it to the tip of my pinky and then the rest just drew itself up without me even noticing! Yes, those things tend to happen to me sometimes LOL.

So yeah, it's a bit crooked and not very perfect. But it's calming and I totally love this color combo together! Besides, who cares if it's crooked? I'm not sending this to any tape mani contest anyway!

I hardly ever plan my manis! Unless I am doing a challenge. Usually I pick a polish or an image plate and my mani is born. Hope your feeling better now! A cute mani can usually ease the pain sometimes. :)

Be sure that you'll always find many people who will like it as you do and many people who will not like it at all...We make our manicures for ourselves and it's important that we feel good with our manicures and that we like them! :-)
